We were married at Ashley Oaks in June 2005 and our wedding was as lovely as any we could have dreamed of. Our original plans for a church wedding fell through with less than a month to go, and the owner of Ashley Oaks, went out of her way to help us keep the ceremony on schedule. She found us a minister, supplied music, gave directions to guests leaving the wedding and was just incredibly nice in every way.
We absolutely loved the beautiful setting for the ceremony. The arbor was tastefully decorated with flowers with a view of the trees and the lake in the background. We especially admired the gorgeous blue hydrangeas that were in full bloom. It was a lovely sunny day and we understand that Ashley Oaks has a knack for providing them.
Everyone really enjoyed the reception on the porch. We could not be more delighted with our wedding day. The guests all raved about how beautiful it was and declared that it was much nicer than our original plan would have been. We are convinced that our original "bad luck" turned out to be a blessing in disguise!

Thank you so much for the wonderful and very professional service Ashley Oaks
provided for myself and my guests at our August 2005 wedding. Rick and
I feel it was very gracious of you to suggest the guys ride their
motorcycles around the grounds for a more dramatic grand entrance for the
wedding party. Upon planning our wedding, Rick and I felt very strongly
about incorporating our love for riding motorcycles into our ceremony.
Thank you for allowing us to fulfill our dreams.You were SO helpful and
pleasant to everyone. I am a photographer, specializing in weddings, and
plan to suggest Ashley Oaks Pavilion to all my brides. I've worked many
weddings and outdoor weddings seem to attract barking dogs and slamming
car doors. My fondest memory of our wedding day is the outdoor ceremony,
remembering how quiet and peaceful the grounds were, except for the
motorcycle entrance of the wedding party!! Everyone I've spoken to since
my wedding agreed that it was so nice to only be amongst family and friends
and not have the worries of a public facility. Ashley Oaks is a one of a
kind wedding facility.

I, along with my family and friends, were very much impressed by what you provided for my daughter's wedding on September 10, 2005. I was told by family and friends over and over what a beautiful wedding this was. I still can't get over how wonderful you made this day in such a short amount of time.
Your services and catering staff were very professional along with being personable. You have definately gone the extra mile with her wedding and it was noticed by many.
