Payment/Deposit
A signed rental/security agreement along with a $500 deposit will be required to secure your date - due at the time of booking.
This deposit should be considered non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, if your event is carried out as planned and everything is left in order your deposit will be refunded to you in approximately two weeks after your wedding.
Payment in full is expected two weeks prior to your wedding along with your specific details and final guest count. If payment is not made two weeks prior, your date will not be guaranteed and your deposit may be forfeited.
Terms and Conditions
- All children must remain with a parent at all times
- No smoking inside the brides dressing area or the reception hall at any time
- No alcoholic beverages unless the $300 liability surcharge is paid - in advance
- All vehicles must be parked in designated parking area and moved from drop off area
- Events must be completed no later than 11:00 PM
- No food or drink other than water in brides dressing area

For your convenience
We provide adequate lighted parking away from the ceremony site.
For services we do not provide, such as music, D.J., florist, bakery, hotel accommodations etc. we will be glad to provide you a complete and updated vendor list.
